Rapidly growing boutique OBGYN practice in desirable Winter Park, Florida is seeking a full time Office Manager. Candidates will be responsible for all non-clinical aspects of the day to day operations in the medical office environment.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE OF 1 YEAR IN WOMEN'S HEALTH AND ATHENA EMR SYSTEM.
Job Duties
- Supervise of all staff (clinical and administrative)
- Supervise patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, medical records, data entry and processing, and cash posting
- Work with billing manager and oversee collection activities
- Coordination of the day to day operations of the practice
- Promoting and facilitating excellent customer service by all staff members with the ultimate goal of a 5-star experience by all patients
- Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures in conjunction with the Medical Director
- Interview, hire, and train medical office team and conducts performance reviews
- Create, maintain, and manage all filing and organizational systems for the practice
- Ensure patient satisfaction, including troubleshooting potential issues/concerns and develops process improvements to prevent recurrences with staff
- Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, and other federal, state, and local regulations
- Coordinate staff meetings for administrative and clinical teams
- Work closely with key referral centers, hospitals, urgent care, and outpatient facilities
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings and conferences
- Ensure staffing is appropriate for day-to-day operations
- Work in conjunction with social media platforms
- Assist in special projects
- Assist in recruiting clinicians
- Assist with marketing activities
