Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a professional and experienced Medical Receptionist to join BGS Medical Center. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service while ensuring smooth front desk operations in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments efficiently
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails promptly
  • Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Handle billing, payments, and insurance verification
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Assist patients with forms, documentation, and clinic procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Follow up with patients for appointments and feedback

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist in a medical/clinic setting (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of clinic operations and patient handling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in aesthetic/derma/dental clinic is a plus
  • Familiarity with insurance processing and billing systems
  • Experience handling high patient volume
