Medical Receptionist

Seeking an eager, Full-time Receptionist for our busy Allergy & Immunology practice. Hiring to work in our Novi location, with coverage in the Bingham Farms location as well. General hours are Monday through Friday from 820am-5pm. We are currently closed on weekends and most holidays. If you are friendly, like to help people, and have great computer skills, please apply! Please note that the initial 2-3 weeks of training may be in another one of our locations depending on the best training environment for the candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner both in office and over the phone.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, as well as physicians and coworkers.
• Scheduling appointments - fast and accurate keyboarding
• Checking patients in and out during physician visits.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a team setting
• Scanning and general office duties
• Knowledge of insurance carriers and medical background is a plus, but we are also willing to train candidates with a great customer service background.

Full time- Monday-Friday

40 hours per week
