What you’ll do

• Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes
• Schedule and confirm appointments using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Handle incoming calls on multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
• Verify insurance information and assist with medical billing inquiries
• Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness before filing in medical records
• Process medical collections and manage payments efficiently
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care and support

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with EHR systems is highly desirable
• Previous experience in a medical office or clinic setting is preferred
