This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Recruiter located in Doha, Qatar. The Medical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified medical professionals. Additional responsibilities include cultivating relationships with candidates, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, and collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. The Medical Recruiter will also support customer service excellence in engaging with potential hires and onboarding them effectively.

• Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes
• Ability to apply Customer Service skills in a recruitment context
• Keen understanding or background in Medicine to assess candidate qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Medicine, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of labor laws and best recruitment practices is a plus
• Experience in healthcare recruitment is highly desirable
