Medicare – Job Description

Job Description:
Responsible for assisting clients with Medicare plan inquiries, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D prescription plans. Handle inbound and outbound calls, verify customer eligibility, provide basic plan information, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for licensed Medicare agents. Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while delivering excellent customer service and meeting campaign targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of call center experience (Medicare or healthcare campaign preferred).
  • Basic understanding of Medicare plans and eligibility.
  • Strong communication, listening, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and meet KPIs.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per hour
