Strive BPO LLP is looking for Experienced Medicare Fronters to join our growing team. If you have at least 3 months of Medicare Fronting experience and are confident in generating quality leads, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of Medicare Fronting experience
• Good English communication skills
• Strong confidence and convincing skills
• Ability to achieve daily targets
• Basic computer knowledge
• Punctual and professional
• Willing to work night shifts

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to Medicare prospects
• Generate qualified transfers/leads
• Follow campaign scripts and compliance guidelines
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets
