Job Overview

Axxon BPO is currently hiring Medicare Verification Agents for our growing US healthcare campaign.

The role requires agents who can professionally communicate with US customers, verify Medicare information, and ensure accurate lead qualification.

This position is ideal for individuals with previous call center experience in Medicare or other US campaigns who are confident speaking with customers and maintaining professional communication standards.

Salary & Compensation

Basic Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 PKR

Performance-Based Bonus: Up to 200,000 PKR

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and communicate with potential Medicare customers
  • Verify customer information and eligibility accurately
  • Confirm required details according to campaign guidelines
  • Maintain professional and clear communication with US clients
  • Update and manage customer data in the CRM system
  • Ensure accurate lead verification before transferring to the next stage

Requirements

  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Experience in Medicare verification campaigns is highly preferred
  • Strong English speaking and listening skills
  • Ability to handle US customers professionally
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to work night shift
