MEP Draftsman

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed MEP drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD/BIM software.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand design requirements.
• Revise and update drawings based on project changes or feedback.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate MEP layouts with architectural and structural plans to avoid conflicts.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings.
• Assist in site visits to verify as-built conditions and make necessary adjustments in drawings.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
• Proven experience as an MEP Draftsman or similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and relevant codes/standards.
• Attention to detail and strong technical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
