MEP Draftsman

• Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, ELV) based on project specifications and design drawings.
• Develop coordinated drawings to avoid clashes between MEP services and other building components.
• Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
• Revise drawings as per client/consultant comments and site modifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams for drawing approvals.
• Ensure drawings comply with local authority regulations and standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting).

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Knowledge of local authority standards and building codes.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting

• 3–4 years of experience in MEP drafting for commercial, residential, or industrial projects.

• Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously is preferred
