Job Description

We are urgently seeking an MEP Engineer with minimum 4 years UAE on-site experience in the fit-out industry. The candidate will manage and supervise MEP works for interior fit-out projects, ensuring execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and GCC standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute MEP works for fit-out projects including commercial, retail, offices, and villas
• Review and coordinate HVAC and electrical drawings and layouts
• Perform heat load calculations and prepare DEWA load schedules
• Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, interior teams, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with GCC MEP standards and DEWA regulations
• Support testing, commissioning, inspections, and project handover

Requirements

• 4+ years UAE on-site experience as an MEP Engineer (fit-out experience mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems in interior projects
• Proficient in HAP and AutoCAD
• Familiar with GCC MEP standards, DEWA regulations, and project practices
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Languages: English required; Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, or Kannada preferred

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
