About The Opportunity

We are seeking a hands-on Mechanical MEP Engineer to own mechanical systems design and on-site delivery for building services projects. This on-site role focuses on HVAC, chilled water, piping and ductwork systems from detailed design through commissioning, working closely with design teams, contractors and BIM coordinators to ensure buildability, cost-efficiency and compliance with standards.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and produce detailed mechanical MEP drawings and specifications for HVAC, chilled water, pump and piping systems using Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP.
• Perform HVAC load calculations, equipment sizing and selection; prepare BOQs, material take-offs and cost estimates aligned to project budgets.
• Lead site coordination for mechanical installations, conduct inspections, oversee punch lists and ensure installation quality and HSE compliance.
• Coordinate BIM workflows and clash resolution with architects, structural and services teams; update models and shop drawings to reflect site changes.
• Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities — testing, balancing, functional checks and handover documentation.
• Maintain project documentation, change logs and as-built drawings; implement quality control and standards in mechanical deliverables.
