MEP Estimation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced MEP Estimator with a strong mechanical engineering background to join our growing fit-out team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for MEP works across high-quality interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works related to interior fit-out projects.
• Review tender documents, BOQs, and drawings to understand the project scope and requirements.
• Source, evaluate, and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
• Prepare cost breakdowns, tender submissions, and technical clarifications.
• Collaborate closely with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure both technical and commercial accuracy.
• Support value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain and regularly update the database of suppliers, materials, and pricing for accurate cost forecasting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an MEP Estimator in a fit-out or contracting company.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant estimation software.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
