MEP Estimation Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MEP Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for residential and commercial MEP projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare MEP estimates (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting)

Quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications

Prepare BOQs, cost breakdowns, and control budgets

Collect, analyze, and compare vendor & subcontractor quotations

Support tender submissions, clarifications, and negotiations

Coordinate with procurement, design, and site teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

3–7 years UAE experience in MEP estimation

Strong knowledge of UAE standards and market rates

Proficient in MS Excel & AutoCAD

Experience in villas and building projects

Skills

Strong analytical and cost-control skills

Ability to meet tight tender deadlines

Good communication and coordination skills
