MEP Estimation Engineer (HVAC)

We are looking for an experienced MEP Estimation Engineer (HVAC) with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in HVAC estimation for commercial and residential projects. The candidate should be well-versed in preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tenders in line with project specifications and local standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare HVAC cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Quantity take-off for HVAC systems including ducting, piping, equipment, and accessories
• Prepare BOQs, material breakdowns, and cost comparisons
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for clarifications
• Analyze vendor quotations and finalize costing
• Assist in tender submissions and post-tender clarifications
• Ensure estimates comply with UAE standards and project requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• 3–4 years of experience in HVAC estimation within MEP contracting companies
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, and market rates
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Familiar with UAE authority requirements and tender procedures
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred:

• UAE experience is mandatory
• Immediate or short-notice joiners will be an advantage
