MEP Estimation Engineer (Mechanical) – UAE Experience Required

We are looking for a highly experienced MEP Estimation Engineer (Mechanical) to join our team in the UAE.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE (mandatory).
• Strong experience in MEP estimation for HVAC, Plumbing.
• Proven track record in handling tendering and pre-contract estimation for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
• Expertise in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and pricing.
• Strong knowledge of UAE market rates and supplier/subcontractor network.
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for MEP projects.
• Analyze tender documents and identify project risks.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
• Support management in bid strategy and cost optimization.
• Assist in value engineering and cost control processes.
