MEP Foremen

Job description:

Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works within construction or fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works.
• Ensure that all MEP installations are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Allocate work to site teams and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, and finishing teams to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth site operations.
• Inspect ongoing work to maintain quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
• Support engineers and supervisors in preparing daily progress reports and maintaining documentation.
• Attend site meetings and communicate project updates and issues to the MEP Engineer / Project Manager.
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment, and report any shortages or maintenance needs.
• Enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) practices among site staff and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing discipline.
• Proven experience as an MEP Foreman in building construction or interior fit-out projects.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
