MEP & HVAC Technician cum Driver

Job Summary

The MEP & HVAC Technician cum Driver is responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and basic civil works. The role also includes driving company vehicles to transport technicians, tools, and materials to various project sites while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

MEP & HVAC Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and basic civil works.
• Troubleshoot and repair AHU, FCU, split AC, package units, ventilation systems, and related equipment.
• Carry out routine inspection of MEP equipment and report abnormalities.
• Attend breakdown complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor electrical panels, DBs, lighting systems, water pumps, and plumbing fixtures.
• Replace faulty components, filters, switches, sockets, valves, and other accessories.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and daily reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors and contractors during maintenance activities.
• Support emergency maintenance works whenever required.

Driver Responsibilities

• Transport technicians, materials, and tools to different project locations safely.
• Handle pickup and delivery of maintenance materials and documents.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of company vehicle.
• Follow UAE traffic rules and company driving policies.
• Assist site team during emergency callouts and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in Facilities Management or Maintenance field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot MEP equipment independently.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Manual preferred).
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and permit systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and able to work under pressure.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
