MEP Manager

We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in high-rise buildings. The ideal candidate will have expertise in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing MEP systems across large-scale, multi-basement, multi-story buildings. Responsibilities include overseeing the operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and elevator systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations, and managing preventive maintenance schedules to ensure efficient and safe building operations. The role also involves supervising of MEP construction activities, testing commissioning of all MEP Equipment and operations of the project after completion, technicians, coordinating emergency repairs, conducting regular system audits, and liaising with building management, contractors, and residents. Only, A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and strong project management skills are required, along with a deep understanding of building management systems (BMS) and energy efficiency. Certifications in relevant fields such as NEBOSH or HVAC are a plus. This is full time position based in Lahore. Interested candidates are invited to apply!
