MEP ( Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)Sales Executive (UAE Market)

Affordable Group Of Companies looking for a results-driven MEP Maintenance Sales Executive to drive sales and business growth in the UAE MEP maintenance sector. The ideal candidate will focus on B2B sales, client acquisition, and project-based maintenance contracts for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across commercial, residential, and industrial facilities. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell MEP maintenance services, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Building Automation Systems
• Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships with contractors, facility management companies, and developers
• Conduct site surveys, client meetings, and technical presentations
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and annual maintenance contracts (AMC)
• Follow up on leads and close sales deals
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and project teams to ensure service delivery
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in MEP maintenance sales or facilities management B2B sales (UAE)
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, preventive & corrective maintenance, and UAE compliance standards
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
• Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
