MEP Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our construction company. The candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience in MEP works for construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs for MEP/Fire works
• Manage project costs, budgets, and variations
• Prepare and submit progress payments and final accounts
• Review subcontractor quotations and claims
• Coordinate with site and project teams
• Finalization for MEP/Fire Subcontractor
• Monitor costs and report project status to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• 5–10 years of MEP QS experience in a construction company with Main Contractor/MEP Sub Contractor
• Good knowledge of MEP Works, Fire Works, and construction practices
• Good knowledge of UAE local authority and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
