Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor who can handle both quantity surveying and procurement responsibilities. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of pricing, supplier sourcing, and cost control within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for MEP works (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting)
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Handle pricing, cost analysis, and budget control
• Source materials and suppliers, and manage procurement processes
• Request and evaluate supplier quotations and prepare comparison reports
• Coordinate with suppliers for material availability and delivery timelines
• Handle variations, claims, and progress valuations
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams
• Prepare cost reports and updates for management

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE (Dubai) experience is required
• Strong experience in MEP quantity surveying and procurement
• Excellent knowledge of market prices, suppliers, and materials in UAE
• Experience in BOQ preparation, tendering, and cost control
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and related tools
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Preferred Competencies:

• Ability to handle both QS and procurement responsibilities independently
• Strong attention to detail and pricing accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
