MEP Supervisor with UAE Experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Site Supervisor with UAE Driving License to manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP systems and a proven track record of success in managing site activities. The MEP Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising workers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, preparation of reports, communication with customers, provide real guidance to the techinacl team and monitoring project timelines to ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems at the site.
• Supervise workers to ensure that all work is completed on time and to the required standard.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Monitor work timelines and report progress to the operation manager.
• Communicate with other team members to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed on-site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an MEP Site Supervisor in the construction/Maintenance industry.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and processes.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
