MEP Technician

We are looking for a skilled and experienced MEP Technician to join our fit-out team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC works, along with knowledge of gypsum partition/ceiling works and GI conduiting, commonly required in interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute MEP works as per drawings and project specifications.
• Perform GI conduiting, cable pulling, and electrical wiring works.
• Install and maintain lighting fixtures, DB dressing, switches, and sockets.
• Handle basic plumbing works (water supply & drainage).
• Assist in HVAC installation and maintenance.
• Coordinate with carpentry and gypsum teams during ceiling closures.
• Read and interpret MEP and fit-out drawings.
• Ensure all works comply with safety standards and project timelines.
• Report daily progress to site supervisor/project engineer.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1to2 years of experience in UAE fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of:
• GI conduiting
• Gypsum ceiling coordination
• Electrical wiring & DB dressing
• Basic plumbing & drainage
• Ability to read MEP drawings.
• Familiar with UAE safety regulations.
• ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
