MEP Technician – Facilities Management (FM) – 5+ Years Experience

Job Summary We are hiring experienced MEP Technicians to support daily Facilities Management operations across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire‑fighting systems. The role involves preventive/corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and responding to emergencies to ensure smooth building operations.

Key Responsibilities

MEP Operations

• Conduct routine inspections and monitor the performance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire‑fighting systems.
• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for all MEP services.
• Diagnose faults, perform repairs, and ensure uninterrupted building operations.
• Execute installation, testing, commissioning, and minor modifications of MEP equipment.

Maintenance & Response

• Attend daily maintenance tasks, work orders, and emergency callouts within required response times.
• Ensure safe operation and proper handling of MEP tools, materials, and equipment.
• Follow FM procedures, SOPs, and safety standards at all times.

Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with Supervisors, Engineers, and other site teams to support daily FM activities.
• Assist during shutdowns, major repairs, and system testing as needed.
• Support efficient shift handovers with accurate reporting and communication.

Documentation

• Complete job cards, update CMMS/work orders, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Report issues, observations, and completed tasks to the Supervisor on time.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or MEP Systems.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management / MEP building maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and FA/FF systems.
• Ability to read basic MEP drawings and follow FM maintenance procedures.
• Good understanding of HSE and safe work practices.
