Merchandisers Supervisor

Job Description :

Your main responsibilities are:

• Supervising staff (Motivate, inspire, develop and lead merchandisers team
• Ensure applying FIFO concept on-shelf and products are displayed according to the Planogram
• Manage own routes, and/orsupport merchandisers to create more creative displaysand in store activities
• Ensure the allocated space as per the contract is adhered to.
• Develop and maintenance displays and the relationship to our customers.
• Manage business tools e.g. merch follow up, company policies, visiting schedules, own

timing/planning, merchandiser’s manual, driving with normal merchandiser as a beginning (evaluation is must).

• Promotional Event Merchandising (festivals / in store activity).
• Frequently review merchandisers routes plan & optimize it while ensuring excellent merchandising in-store execution as per standard of execution.
• Manage, Coach & Train a multicultural team of merchandisers located among various depots within a specific area & act as a liaison betweenthe marketing/trade marketing dept. & the sales dept.
• Any other work related.

You will have completed:

• Diploma or university degree
• > 3 Years of experience in Merchandising field and 1-year exposure to the sales field - You will have demonstrated strong skills in (time management, organization skills, leadership, communications skills).
