Job Description:

Locations: Rawalpindi, Quetta, Multan, Attock

Education Required: Minimum Inter/Diploma, Graduate

Main Responsibilities/Functions:

Availability and Display of PF brands and its POSM, trade tools, counter tops etc. for achievement of outlet-wise sales targets on assigned outlets.

Product Availability:

• Product Cleaning
• FIFO
• Availability of complete PF Range (Biscuits and Cake)
• Ensuring stock depth & safe guarding shelf share

Product Positioning:

• At accessible levels
• At visible areas
• Hot spots
• At cash counters
• Plan-o-gram implementation

Utilization of POSM:

• Ensure effective utilization of POS material

Merchandising Assets (Gondola, Counter Tops etc):

• Cleaning and Maintenance of company assets, Plan-o-gram Implementation.

Relationship with Business Partner:

• Build close relationship with customers to minimize trader’s complaint and improve service level.

Competition Activities:

• Monitoring and reporting of competition Launches, Re-launches, TM activities etc.
