Role Summary

We are hiring a MERN Stack Developer to join our growing tech team. You will work on internal tools and client-facing web applications that support our healthcare operations. This role is ideal for someone who writes clean code, communicates clearly, and wants to build real products that make a difference in a healthcare setting.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Develop reusable, scalable front-end components with React.js (Hooks, State Management)
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs with clean error handling
• Collaborate with the design team to implement responsive, cross-browser-compatible UIs
• Debug, optimize, and refactor existing code for performance and scalability
• Participate actively in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver on time

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on MERN stack development experience
• Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid experience with React.js including Hooks and component-based architecture
• Working knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Comfortable with Git and version control workflows
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (mandatory)

A Strong Plus If You Have

• Experience with Redux, Context API, or Zustand for state management
• Familiarity with JWT or OAuth-based authentication
• Exposure to cloud deployment on AWS, Vercel, or similar platforms
• Any prior experience working with healthcare or SaaS products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

• Rawalpindi Satellite Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
