Meta Ads Specialist

Job Description:

We are a growing BPO & Software House looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns for our international clients. The role focuses on audience acquisition and traffic generation for web-based platforms, primarily targeting the USA market.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Facebook & Instagram Ads, a performance-driven mindset, and the ability to optimize campaigns for international audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for international clients.

Drive high-quality traffic and audience acquisition for web platforms targeting the USA.

Develop ad strategies aligned with business goals and campaign KPIs.

Conduct audience research, interest targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation.

Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copies, visuals, and videos.

Monitor and optimize campaign performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions).

Perform A/B testing to improve creatives, audiences, and placements.

Ensure compliance with Meta advertising policies and platform guidelines.

Track trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

3–5 years of proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.

Experience working with international clients, preferably USA-based.

Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, tracking, and analytics.

Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to optimization.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.

Preferred Experience:

Meta Ads / Paid Media Specialist: 3+ years

Experience in BPO or Software House environments

Experience managing high-budget ad accounts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
