Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Consultant with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns with a clear focus on ROI, lead generation, and revenue growth.

This is a consulting role, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Execute and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
  • Develop paid media strategies aligned with business and growth goals.
  • Conduct audience research, funnel setup, and retargeting strategies.
  • Optimize ad creatives, copy, bidding strategies, and landing page performance.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and budgets to maximize ROAS.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, and audiences.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and development teams when needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid advertising.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Google Ads & Meta Ads specialist or consultant.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnels, and conversion tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Experience working with e-commerce and/or lead-generation businesses is a plus.
  • Self-driven, independent, and results-oriented.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing international ad accounts.
  • CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) knowledge.
  • Landing page optimization experience.
  • Agency or consulting background.
