Senior SEO Strategist / Head of SEO

We are building an in-house SEO team focused on global markets (US & Canada) across multiple industries including agency websites, restaurants, real estate, B2B services, and merchandising.

This role is results-first. We are not looking for SEO theorists, we need someone who has ranked competitive websites and understands how SEO drives traffic, authority, and leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SEO strategy for multiple websites
• Conduct technical SEO audits (indexing, crawlability, CWV)
• Keyword research & intent mapping for US/CA markets
• Build topical authority through content & internal linking
• Design and execute white-hat backlink strategies
• Create monthly & weekly SEO roadmaps
• Track performance using GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush
• Report progress based on rankings, traffic, authority & leads

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven SEO success in US / Canada markets
• Strong command of technical SEO & on-page optimization
• Experience across multiple niches (local + national)
• Hands-on approach (this is not a people-management-only role)
• Comfortable working with content teams and junior SEO resources

Not a Fit If You:

• Only talk about “best practices” without execution
• Have experience limited to local Pakistan SEO
• Rely on blog volume instead of strategy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs260,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
