Social Media & E-commerce Growth Lead (International Markets)

IBSTEC is looking for a results-driven Social Media & E-commerce Growth Lead to drive sales, leads, and scalable revenue for international brands. This role requires a specialist in Meta Ads and UGC-based performance marketing, combined with strong experience in Shopify growth and conversion optimization.

The ideal candidate knows how to combine content research, creative strategy, and paid media to build full-funnel systems that generate measurable business outcomes not just engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Meta Ads & Paid Social (Primary Focus)

  • Plan, launch, and scale high-performance campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Build and manage full-funnel advertising structures (prospecting, retargeting, retention)
  • Continuously test creatives, audiences, hooks, and offers
  • Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and LTV

2. UGC & Creative Performance Strategy

  • Lead UGC ad strategy, including scripting, messaging angles, and creative direction
  • Conduct deep content and competitor research to identify winning trends
  • Develop high-converting, scroll-stopping creatives built specifically for paid ads
  • Coordinate with creators, editors, and designers to produce performance-focused assets

3. E-commerce Growth (Shopify Focus)

  • Drive qualified traffic that converts into sales and repeat customers
  • Optimize landing pages, product pages, offers, bundles, and funnels
  • Improve conversion rate, AOV, retention, and overall store profitability
  • Ensure strong alignment between ad messaging and on-site experience

4. Lead Generation

  • Build and manage lead generation funnels for high-ticket and B2B campaigns
  • Use Meta and LinkedIn advertising to generate qualified prospects
  • Monitor and optimize CPL and lead quality

5. Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Track and analyze ROAS, CAC, MER, AOV, CVR, and funnel performance
  • Translate performance data into actionable growth strategies
  • Develop structured performance reports and dashboards

6. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead media buyers, creatives, editors, and analysts
  • Ensure high-quality execution and fast testing cycles
  • Align creative strategy with performance and business goals

7. Systems & Infrastructure

  • Develop scalable ad testing frameworks and growth systems
  • Implement tracking systems, pixels, events, and attribution tools
  • Introduce automation and reporting tools for performance efficiency

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–4+ years of experience in performance marketing and e-commerce growth
  • Advanced expertise in Meta Ads Manager
  • Proven success in creating and scaling UGC-based ad campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Shopify and conversion optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to generate sales and qualified leads
  • Experience working with international markets and audiences
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and creative thinking skills
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Experience with TikTok Ads and social commerce
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems
  • Experience with high-ticket or B2B funnels
