About the Role:

We are looking for a Meta & TikTok Ads Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running successful ad campaigns and driving measurable results. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok ad campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget optimization.
• Monitor ad performance and prepare detailed reports.
• Stay updated on the latest ad trends and platform changes.
• Work with the creative team to develop engaging ad content.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in running Meta/TikTok ads (for specialist role).
• Proven record of successful ad campaigns.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Fresh candidates with basic knowledge of Meta/TikTok ads may apply for paid internship.
