Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• 8–10 hours per day
• 6 days per week
• Workshop-based role with hands-on supervision

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily metal fabrication activities in the workshop
• Lead and coordinate welders, fabricators, and technicians
• Ensure fabrication work meets technical drawings and specifications
• Monitor cutting, welding, and assembly processes
• Conduct quality checks and ensure high workmanship standards
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment usage
• Plan work schedules and assign tasks to team members
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues and implement solutions
• Maintain production reports and progress updates

Skills for This Role

• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes (cutting, welding, assembly)
• Experience with technical drawings and blueprints
• Leadership and team supervision skills
• Welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC) knowledge

Requirements

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Fabrication, or related field preferred
• Proven experience in metal fabrication and supervisory roles
• Strong understanding of fabrication tools and equipment
• Ability to manage teams in a workshop environment
• Hands-on experience with welding and fabrication techniques
• Good communication and reporting skills
