Metal Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all metal fabrication and installation works at the project site.
• Manage daily activities of fabricators, welders, steel fixers, installers, and helpers.
• Read and understand technical drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication details.
• Ensure proper installation of steel structures, stainless steel works, handrails, staircases, pergolas, gates, cladding, canopies, and custom metal works.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients regarding work progress and technical issues.
• Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before fabrication and installation.
• Monitor work progress and ensure completion within project deadlines.
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Arrange materials, tools, and equipment required at the site.
• Identify and resolve site issues, fabrication errors, and installation challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Inspect completed works and coordinate snag rectification if required.
• Prepare daily site reports, manpower reports, and work progress updates.
• Coordinate with factory/production teams for material delivery and fabrication schedules.
• Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, stainless steel works, welding, and metal installation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical/shop drawings.
• Good leadership and manpower management skills.
• Knowledge of site safety procedures and quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• UAE driving license is an added advantage.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
