Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor – Architectural Metal Works to oversee the execution of architectural metal projects across multiple sites in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in metal fabrication and installation, along with a valid UAE driving license to manage site coordination and mobility.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and the capability to ensure high-quality installation of architectural metal works as per project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of architectural metal works including stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum structures, handrails, balustrades, and decorative metal elements
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for smooth project execution
• Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor workforce productivity and ensure site discipline is maintained
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance standards
• Ensure adherence to UAE safety regulations and company HSE policies
• Arrange materials, tools, and equipment required for site execution
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors when required
• Prepare and submit daily site progress reports to management

Requirements

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Fabrication, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in architectural metal works or steel fabrication projects
• Strong knowledge of fabrication and installation techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Ability to handle multiple sites and meet project deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fit-out or façade-related metal works
• Knowledge of UAE site safety standards
• Basic computer skills (MS Office and reporting tools)
