Job Description

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 6-8 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture / solution design.
• Proven hands-on experience with relevant D365 modules: Finance, Project Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Engagement (as needed for real estate).
• Strong domain experience in construction, real estate development, or property management — including project accounting, leasing, facilities, and operations.
• Deep understanding of integration technologies: APIs, Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions), service bus, REST, OData.
• Experience with data migration strategies and tools.
• Knowledge of ALM practices: DevOps, LCS, environment management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to work with both technical and business audiences.
• Experience in defining and enforcing architectural governance, security, and data models.
• Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Architect) are highly desirable.

Preferred / Nice-to-have

• Experience working in the Middle East (UAE, GCC) or on large-scale real estate / construction projects in the region.
• Exposure to BIM, construction management systems, or facility management systems.
• Knowledge of real estate financial modeling, leasing accounting, and regulatory frameworks in the GCC.
• Experience with IoT, Digital Twin, or building operations / smart building technologies.
• Multilingual (English + Arabic) is a plus, especially for regional stakeholder engagement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED90,654.17 - AED98,895.46 per year
