Job Description
As a Mini Bar Attendant at SO/ Ras Al Khaimah, part of the All-Inclusive Collection, you will be responsible for replenishing, maintaining, and controlling all in-room minibars to ensure accuracy, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. You will play a key role in enhancing the in-room experience by ensuring minibars are fully stocked, well-presented, and aligned with the bold and stylish identity of the SO/ brand.
Key Responsibilities:

Replenish minibars in all guest rooms according to hotel standards and par stock levels.

Check expiry dates, product quality, and presentation to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Record consumption accurately, post charges to guest accounts, and ensure billing is error-free.

Monitor stock levels, request replenishment, and assist with monthly inventory counts.

Ensure minibars are always clean, organized, and properly presented.

Report any maintenance issues (e.g., malfunctioning refrigerators) promptly to the engineering department.

Handle guest requests for additional minibar items quickly and courteously.

Monitor guest preferences and communicate frequently consumed items to the team.

Comply with hotel policies, responsible consumption regulations, and brand service standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the minibar storage area.

Support the IRD team with additional duties during peak periods as assigned.

Uphold SO/ grooming standards and represent the brand with a stylish and professional presence.
Qualifications-
Previous experience in Food & Beverage or a similar role in luxury hotels/resorts preferred.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Basic knowledge of inventory procedures and stock control.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Good communication and guest service skills.

Physical ability to restock, lift, and carry supplies as required.

Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
