Key Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and maintain websites and web applications
• Handle hosting, domain, email, and server configurations
• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams
• Monitor website performance, uptime, and security
• Assist in deploying updates, backups, and system improvements
• Manage CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
• Support basic UI/UX improvements and content updates
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively
• Maintain documentation of systems and processes
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and clients

Skills for This Role

• Website management & CMS (WordPress, cPanel)
• Web hosting, domains, DNS, and email setup
• Basic HTML, CSS, and website troubleshooting
• Server and cloud hosting familiarity
• Cybersecurity basics and website protection
• SEO fundamentals and performance optimization
• Technical support and client communication
• Backup, restore, and system monitoring
• Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 administration
• Time management and multitasking

What We’re Looking For

• Background in IT, Web Development, or Digital Services
• 1–3+ years in website, hosting, or technical support roles
• Comfortable working with clients and explaining tech simply
• Organized, proactive, and solution-focused
• Willingness to learn new tools and platforms
