Mobile Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.) or equipment at client sites or service centers.
• Perform software installations, updates, and data recovery.
• Replace hardware components such as screens, batteries, and motherboards.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and system upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
• Travel to customer locations as needed and manage service calls efficiently.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in Electronics, IT, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a mobile/device technician or field service technician.
• Strong understanding of mobile operating systems (Android, iOS, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
