Mortgage Broker / Mortgage Advisor (Business Development & Closings)

Location: Dubai, UAE (Office-based / Hybrid options depending on experience)
Type: Full-time (Commission-heavy role)

We’re a fast-growing mortgage company in Dubai looking for an ambitious Mortgage Broker / Mortgage Advisor who can source and close mortgage business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating leads, advising clients, and driving deals end-to-end from first call to bank approval and disbursement.

You’ll work with a supportive team, strong bank relationships, and a proven process. In return, you’ll be rewarded with a base package + highly attractive commission structure (details shared during interview).

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Source business by generating your own pipeline (referrals, networking, outbound outreach, partnerships, social, events).
  • Build and manage relationships with real estate agents, developers, introducers, and corporate partners.
  • Conduct client consultations: understand needs, eligibility, affordability, and documentation requirements.
  • Recommend the best mortgage options across multiple lenders based on client profile.
  • Package, submit, and follow up on applications with banks to ensure approvals move fast.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline updates (CRM), tracking leads, conversions, and deal stages.
  • Educate clients on UAE mortgage processes including rates, fees, LTV, eligibility, and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE industry standards.
  • Hit monthly targets for leads generated, applications submitted, and mortgages disbursed.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

Must-have

  • Experience in mortgages, banking, financial services, or sales (UAE experience is a strong advantage).
  • Strong business development mindset: you can generate leads and close.
  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of basic mortgage concepts (rates, LTV, DTI/affordability, documentation).
  • Highly organized: can manage multiple files, follow-ups, and deadlines.
  • Professional, ethical, and client-first approach.

Nice-to-have

  • Existing network of real estate agents / introducers / developers in Dubai.
  • Knowledge of UAE mortgage lenders and lending criteria.
  • Languages: Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, Russian, or other languages (a plus).
