Mortgage Sales Team Leader

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in UAE mortgage operations
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of at least 6 members.(transition a ready-performing mortgage team will be a strong advantage.)
  • Strong understanding of UAE banking regulations, mortgage documentation, and processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and capable of driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of mortgage professionals, ensuring high performance and achievement of business targets.
  • Oversee the end-to-end mortgage process including client acquisition, documentation, approvals, and disbursement.
  • Develop strategies to grow mortgage portfolios and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance skills, productivity, and customer service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development and client satisfaction.
