Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to recommend suitable mortgage products. - Guide clients through the entire mortgage application and approval process, ensuring a smooth and timely experience. - Collaborate with real estate agents, financial institutions, and legal professionals to facilitate seamless transactions. - Stay updated with the latest mortgage regulations, products, and market trends in the UAE. - Maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business and referrals. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the mortgage process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Consultant or in a similar role within banking or real estate. - Strong understanding of UAE mortgage products, banking regulations, and real estate market dynamics. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
