MTO Export

Mezan Group is looking for a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Exports to join our growing Export Division. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in international trade and exports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing export operations, documentation, and order processing.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Support preparation of export documents including invoices, packing lists, BLs, COO, and LC-related documentation.
• Liaise with internal departments (Production, QA, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure timely shipments.
• Track export orders, shipments, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in compliance with international trade regulations and company export SOPs.
• Support market analysis and customer coordination for international clients.

Eligibility Criteria: Masters degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of export procedures and documentation will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
