Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and career-driven Management Trainee Officer – Finance to join our dynamic Finance Department. This is an excellent opportunity for young professionals to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, taxation, accounting, and compliance under the mentorship of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance operations
• Support in the preparation of vouchers, bank reconciliations, and financial reports
• Help with data entry, record-keeping, and filing of financial documents
• Work closely with senior finance staff on tax filings, withholding statements, and compliance tasks
• Learn and operate finance software and portals such as ERP, IRIS, and Excel-based trackers
• Contribute to internal audits and assist in resolving discrepancies

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and a willingness to learn ERP systems
• Good communication skills in English and Urdu
• Eagerness to grow in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively

Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year (internship or job experience in finance, accounting, or taxation)

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / ACCA (Part Qualified)

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
