Bachelor's / Masters
Experience:
Fresh to 1 year of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
- Managing of HR Data and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Developing and maintaining HR metrics and dashboard.
- Accurate and timely processing of payroll in HRMS including review of overtime sheet approvals new hire setup, and other payroll, changes, and tax calculations.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to HR during the annual salary planning process, and promotion cycle.
- Perform other tasks such as transfer of employees, handling deductions, increment cases, disciplinary actions, and confirmation of employees.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Karachi Clifton: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
