Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Human Resources to join our HR team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with internship experience in HR who are looking to build a career in Human Resource Management. The selected candidate will receive hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and performance management.

Requirements

• BBA (Hons.) / MBA with Majors in Human Resources (Mandatory)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• HR internship experience will be preferred
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to commute daily to Defence Road, Lahore

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support attendance, leave, and HR operations
• Assist in employee engagement and training initiatives
• Prepare HR reports and presentations

Experience: 6 Months - 1 year

Location: Defence road near Comsats University Lahore.
