Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Participation: Participate in a structured training program designed to develop your sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of our sales processes and methodologies.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with prospecting, lead generation, and customer acquisition activities. Shadow experienced sales representatives during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to gain practical insights into the sales process.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Analyze market data to uncover opportunities for growth and development.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges. Provide personalized assistance and support to address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and action plans. Contribute ideas and insights to improve sales effectiveness and achieve revenue targets.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress and performance. Receive regular feedback from mentors and supervisors and take proactive steps to address areas for improvement.
  • Project Management: Take ownership of specific projects or initiatives related to sales optimization, process improvement, or customer engagement. Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to execute projects successfully.
  • Professional Development: Continuously seek opportunities for learning and development to enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge. Stay updated on best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in sales and marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales and sales management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly motivated and proactive with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior internship or relevant work experience in sales or customer service is a plus

Pay: From Rs75,000.00 per month
