We're looking for experienced, reliable trim carpenters and multi-skilled construction pros who enjoy hands-on variety and pride themselves on quality work. You'll help build full custom homes from framing through finish—including trim, plumbing rough-in, drywall, flooring, siding, and more. Bonus if you have experience with basic electrical or solar installation!

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of solid residential construction experience, especially in trim/finish carpentry, plumbing, drywall, and related trades
• Your own reliable hand tools and dependable transportation (valid driver's license and personal vehicle required)
• Professional appearance, strong work ethic, team-player attitude, and results-focused mindset
• Must pass a mandatory pre-employment drug screening (detects use within the past 90 days)
