Multi technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Inspect facilities and identify issues requiring repair or replacement
• Troubleshoot faults and carry out corrective actions promptly
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Install and repair fixtures, equipment, and building systems
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
• Keep records of maintenance work and report major issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
• Proven experience as a Multi Technician or Maintenance Technician
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
